About KK Engineering Consultancy

ABOUT

KK Engineering Consultancy was founded to bring more than one engineering discipline under a single roof. Rather than staying limited to one vertical, the practice is built around the people delivering it — engineers with hands-on, project-tested experience across solar EPC and electrical systems on one side, and precision mechanical and transmission design on the other. That range is what lets the same consultancy support a solar plant's SLD one week and a gearbox drawing the next.

How a project moves through us

OUR APPROACH
STEP 01

Think

Understand the site, the load, the constraints — layout study, feasibility, and requirement mapping before a single line is drawn.

STEP 02

Design

SLDs, protection and structural studies, gear and component design, BOQs — engineering documentation built to IS/IEC/ASME standards.

STEP 03

Build

Procurement support, vendor evaluation, inspection review, and prototype or site-level validation through to sign-off.

Where two disciplines meet

Most engineering support comes fragmented — a design office for layouts, a separate desk for calculations, another for compliance paperwork. KK Engineering Consultancy was built to close those gaps: one team that carries a project from concept through detailed design, procurement documentation, and validation.

The scope is deliberately not fixed to one industry. Today that means solar EPC and electrical systems on one side, and transmission and mechanical product design on the other — the practice is structured to take on adjacent verticals as they come.

On the solar side, the team has delivered 100+ KUSUM solar projects across multiple states in India, from single-line diagram through site-level execution.

Why route it through one consultancy

WHY US
01

Single point of accountability

One team owns design through commissioning support — no handoffs between a layout office, a protection consultant, and a documentation desk.

02

Faster turnaround

Design queries and drawing revisions get answered by the engineer who owns the project, not routed through a support queue.

03

Standards-first documentation

Every drawing and BOQ is checked against IS/IEC codes before it leaves our desk, cutting rework at inspection and audit stage.

04

Built to scale with you

Structured to take on new sites and new verticals without renegotiating how the engineering relationship works.
